Downgrade to GingerBread on Xperia Ray

Hi,

ICS update dosent satisfied me, its so laggy and always crashing apps. So, Is there any way to downgrade from ICS to GingerBread on  Xperia Ray? :smileyhappy:

Hey

There are 2 stes to downgrade

1) Official - handing in the smartphone at a service centre you can request to have it re-installed with Android 2.3 ( in this step your warranty would remain)


2) Unofficial- Flash Gingerbread using Flashtool, your warranty would get void.

Hey Fellas,,, Thnx for your help, it worked last time. I easily rooted my xperia ray and downgraded to gingerbread. But recently I've updated my xperia to ICS 4.0.4, and now rooting ain't working at all. I'm getting the error "failed on data/local/tmp permission denied". I've tryied 100 times, but no victory :smileysad: Plz Help!
