Cedar In Call Ear Peice Volume Levels

Hi i am having real problems when recieving phone calls from my contacts. The VOLUME in the ear peice is so low i can hardly hear them. I checked a few other topics on the matter and upgraded to the latest firmware but still no better. I have the incall volume turned up to maximum but people still sound so quiet!  I am having to turn on the loud speaker to have a decent conversion but this is no solution and i prefer not to have other people hearing my calls.

By the way im not hard of hearing either....

Anybody experianced similar problems with there CEDAR or have any solutions?

Try a master reset and see if that helps.

If a master reset would make no difference you can try to repair the phone software via PC Companion.

If you still got low volume problemes I suggest that you have the phone examined at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more info about local repair centers.

Hi Energy52, I have the same issue as you have (low volume in earpiece). Did u manage to resolve the issue? If yes, how did u fix it? Thanks

Am too having same issue.... i repair my software itself... no use.... have ur issue solved???

Try a master reset,and failing that, take it to a repair centre.

do you work in a dust/iron filings environment? usualy the magnet from the speaker attracts those things and the membrane gets stuck.

this may sound silly: but did you turn up the volume DURING a call?
