sorry im a little confused.
display warning sign as in the yellow icon at the notifi bar? or do you mean a warning error msg in the center?
if its in the center what does it say?

Only reason why i made an account is to reply to this; First of all, Sony should remove the other updater, idk, it was flashing for me & i was flashing with it.
Second of all; If you got the problem, Download the Sony's Update Service (works perfectly for me)
Plug in the USB on your Laptop/Computer, Then on your Xperia S.
Then don't start pressing the volume down button like a tard....
Press Volume Up & Startup Button till u see blue/green light & felt the vibration once, then let it loose & it'll be able to connect with your Xperia S.
