HtetMyatSoe is asking how to root 2013 Xperia L and you direct him to alink which explains root for older devices.
As of now, there is no complete root for Xperia L. There is only a partial root available using Motochopper method (XDA Developers). However this root is almost useless as you can't edit system files. When you try editing the phone reboots . There is a custom kernel available and also claims complete root. But, I am not for changing kernels. You can try that method, if you want, XDA site.
