We are introducing some new titles to our forum today, and wanted to take a moment to explain what these users are being recognized for:
Moderators
Our moderation team includes users we have recognized for their very active participation in our community. You will always see them around in all our different forums posting helpful comments and having discussions with everyone. These active users are people that always providing information and news that might be important for you, so be sure to check it out. In addition to their posting they will also be helping with moderation tasks.
SuperUsers
Our SuperUser group is exactly what it sounds like
These users will be recognized for their consistent and helpful posts. You can find these users active in many areas having discussions, providing tips, and generally making sure you are getting the information you need.
Honoured Members
We also wanted to mention the small change to our official employee names, we will be using only our first names from now on along with the blue "Sony Xperia Support" title, but don't worry, all our old posts are still available!
